Start Your Day The Yoga Way - Online Yoga

Join us on the virtual mat on Tuesdays to wake up, shake up and start your day the yoga way.

45 minutes of breathwork, movement and relaxation to energise you and leave you ready to tackle the day ahead.

The virtual room will open 10 minutes before class starts to ensure that you can test video, audio etc and settle onto your mat ready to start at 630am UK time.

Please note - spaces must be booked in advance and payment generates the link to join.

As you rest effortlessly in a peaceful state, yoga nidra takes your awareness into a state of harmonious restful being, from where you can balance the breath and heal and restore the body.

This event takes place once a month on a Sunday evening. To ensure a safe space to practice, spaces must be booked in advance, this is not a walk in event. Payment confirms your space.

Yoga & Wellness Day

Join us for a jam packed (in a good way) day that inspires you, empowers you, develops confidence and leaves you feeling unstoppable.

There‘ll be breathwork, a variety of yoga, yoga nidra and sound healing. Lunch is also included.
