Beginner’s yoga six week course

Take some time for yourself and gently begin (or return to) your yoga practice with a six week beginner’s course - ideal for those who are new to yoga or easing back in after a break.

Each week builds calmly and steadily on the last, allowing you to learn at a relaxed pace while developing confidence and understanding. You’ll explore foundational poses, breathwork and movement in a peaceful and personal space to gradually build up to a simple, flowing sequence.

Suitable for all and all welcome, equipment provided. Advance booking essential.
