Wind down to the weekend with Feel Good Friday - a monthly wellness workshop designed to help you feel your best. For 90 minutes you’ll be guided through breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation and meditation to nurture and nourish your mind and body.
This class takes place once a month on a Friday evening. To ensure a safe space to practice, spaces must be booked in advance, this is not a walk in event. Payment confirms your space.
