Mindful Monday

As you rest effortlessly in a peaceful state, yoga nidra takes your awareness into a state of harmonious restful being, from where you can balance the breath and heal and restore the body.

This event takes place once a month on a Monday evening. To ensure a safe space to practice, spaces must be booked in advance, this is not a walk in event.
