Join us on Tuesdays to refresh and restore your mind and body. We’ll combine breathwork, yoga and relaxation to help bring peace to the mind and body and encourage a healthy mind and body connection.

Suitable for all and all welcome.

Please note - to ensure a safe space to practice, spaces must be booked in advance, this is not a walk in event. Payment confirms your space.
