For 90 minutes you’ll be guided through breathwork, movement, relaxation and mediation to nurture and nourish your mind and body. Optional sweet treats and refreshments are also available.
These are seasonal workshops. To ensure a safe space to practice, spaces must be booked in advance, these are not walk in events. Payment confirms your space.
